Designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman Architects, the first phase is already completed. This comprises the new commercial facility and 87 affordable units within a new build scheme, extending up to 5 storeys.
Phase two, is a conversion of the existing five storey warehouse, with a new-build two storey extension. This phase will comprise 86 private residential units and commercial space, designed to attract sole traders and start-up companies. This space will be retained by Aitch Group as an investment.
