  • Established in 1995, Aitch Group is a highly regarded residential and commercial developer. We specialise in acquiring development sites for privately-led, mixed-tenure or 100% affordable residential schemes, finding innovative solutions to sites and development and an excellent finished product.
  • We buy conditionally, unconditionally and through Joint Venture arrangements; we are proffessional and speedy in concluding negotiations and are always open to new business ideas
  • Currently we have a range of commercial and residential investments including offices, warehouses and a portfolio of Mayfair houses. This assists us in making confident offers for site acquisitions and providing security and reassurance to vendors

  • We have over 750 residential units and 20,000 sq ft of commercial space in planning and 150 homes currently under construction

  • We pride ourselves on our approach to planning and collaborative working and have a track record which is second to none. Aitch Group has completed 86 sites since 1995. We currently have 24 sites on which we have exchanged or completed, either on a subject to planning basis or unconditionally.

  • Redevelopment of Chatham Place, E9, to provide a new facility
    for Burberry, 42,000sq ft Retail / Commercial space and 176 residential units
  • Development of 52 flats in Coburn Road, E3
  • Development of 122 affordable residential units
    with ancillary commercial space at Rifle Street, E14
         
  • Development of 12 executive houses in Wokingham, Surrey
  • Development of six executive houses and six flats in Farnham, Surrey
