Aitch Group have successfully obtained planning permission for this two phase project, creating 27 residential apartments and six commercial units.

The development is due to commence in 2011.

The site was originally a dilapidated set of commercial units, 1 mile to the west of Southend town centre, offering poor quality accommodation that was uneconomical to redevelop commercially.
