The site is located to the south of Bow Quarter, within easy walking distance of a good public transport system in the form of Bow Church DLR and underground stations.
The local road network is excellent with the A12 heading east and the M11 extension providing a direct route to Stansted Airport and The North. The link road south through the Blackwall tunnel, connects with the A2/M2 through Kent and the Thames Gateway.
The site, which extends to approximately 0.599ha (1.479 acres) was formerly a wholesale and office unit. The property fronts both Fairfield Road to the west and Wick Lane to the east. Bow Garage flanks the southern edge of the site and a rail line flanks it to the north.
