The site is located on the eastern side of Streatham High Road, at its southern end, just north of Norbury Station and the boundary with LB of Croydon.
Planning permission was successfully negotiated for a scheme of 56 residential units. It is designed within a part three and part four storey building, together with 12, off street car parking spaces and associated landscaping.
