Established in 1995, Aitch Group now has a gross asset value of some £255 million.

We specialize in acquiring development sites for Privately led, Mixed-tenure or 100% Affordable residential schemes. Invariably they will have ancillary or standalone non-residential elements to include community, office, retail, care or healthcare.

We buy conditionally, unconditionally and through Joint Venture (J.V.) arrangements and are always open to new business ideas.

Our diverse portfolio of planning and development projects currently includes infill sites of five residential units, through to key 600 unit mixed-use schemes in Thames Gateway.

The Aitch Group at any one time is working on around 30 acquired projects.

We currently have over 1,900 residential units and 190,000 sq ft of commercial space in planning. We have 546 units and over 69,000 sq ft of commercial under construction.

We hold a range of commercial and residential investments including a portfolio of Mayfair houses and a golf-course.
